Not good, money back! If you want to return an order, you have 14 days to do so, from the date of receipt. You can choose to return your order via DHL or DPD or return it to one of our stores. You can easily register your return package with us online. We generate a shipping label, stick it on the package and bring the package to a DHL or DPD drop-off point.


Of course you can try them on, but make sure that the items you want to return are unworn and in their original condition. Shoes must be returned in the undamaged original box and labels must not be removed. To prevent the original shoe box from being damaged, the cardboard outer box can be reused. We cannot accept a damaged shoe box for return.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

STEP 1: REGISTER YOUR PACKAGE

Within 14 days after receiving your order, select the items you wish to return and choose your preferred return method. We offer various options. Click here or on the button below and use your order number and email address to register. On this page you will be asked for your email address and order number. We refer to the order number that you will find with the order confirmation. This always starts with #TOM. Fill in your details and register your package as a return.

STEP 2: PACK YOUR PACKAGE

Pack the items you wish to return. This may be the old packaging you received from us or new packaging. In the event of a complete return of all products from the original order. The shipping costs paid when placing the order will also be refunded. The costs for a return shipment are at your own expense. An overview of the prices can be found below.

STEP 3: SHIP YOUR PACKAGE

Bring your package to a DPD or DHL drop-of-point within 3 business days after your return notification. Or choose our pick-up service! If you choose this, the pick-up service will pick up your package at home. (Only possible within the Netherlands)

STEP 4: REFUND

Once we have received your package, you will receive the amount of the returned items back into your account within 14 working days. The costs of the return shipment will be deducted.

WHAT ARE THE COSTS FOR A RETURN PACKAGE?

In the Netherlands the costs for a return shipment are: €6.04. If you want your package to be picked up at home the costs are: €6.96 . For our complete list of rates see below:

Return order at our store (free):

If you prefer to return the package in our store, that is also possible. Register your package online via the button above, click on the option: in-store retun. You will receive a confirmation email, which you show at the checkout. You will also receive a document with instructions on how and where the package should go. Bring the items unworn and in original condition together to The Old Man Boardsports Damstraat 14 Amsterdam and we will fix it for you.

Refund of a return:

Once we have received your items, we will refund the order amount due as soon as possible, but no later than 14 working days after receipt of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order. The amount will be refunded to the bank account number known to us.

If you choose to return your order in our store, you will also receive the amount refunded to your account and not in cash in the store.

Exchange item:

If you want to exchange an item, you can return the item and order a new product at the same time. Unfortunately, the payment cannot be offset against the refund.
