Terms and conditions The Old Man

  1. These promotion conditions (hereinafter: the “ Promotion Conditions ”) apply to all temporary promotions for Eberhardt Azië Kunst BV, trading under the name ''The Old Man'', located at Damstraat 16, 1012 JM Amsterdam. Hereinafter referred to as ''The Old Man'' .
  2. The name of the “ Promotion ”, a description of this Promotion and the ''Promotion Period'' can be found in the overview of promotions .
  3. Participation in the promotions is open to anyone residing in the Netherlands and who has reached the age of 18, hereinafter referred to as 'Participant(s)'.
  4. It is possible that participation is open from 16 years. If this is the case, it will be explicitly stated in the Action. If you are under the age of 18, parental/guardian permission is required.
  5. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant agrees to the promotion and general terms and conditions.
  6. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash. The exchange of prizes is also excluded
  7. In case of suspected fraud or undue influence on the results, The Old Man reserves the right to exclude Participant from participation in the Promotion.
  8. The Old Man is not liable for any (consequential) damage to Participants or third parties that may in any way arise from the Promotion.
  9. In cases not provided for in the general terms and conditions and promotion conditions, The Old Man will decide.
  10. The Old Man reserves the right to terminate, interrupt or change the Promotion at its own discretion and without prior notice and/or to change the Promotion Conditions, if circumstances so require, without being obliged to pay any compensation to Participants in any way. The most up-to-date Promotion Conditions can be found at all times on the website
  11. No guarantee can be given regarding the correctness, reliability, changes or content of the web pages of the Campaign. The Old Man is in no way responsible for unsuccessful attempts to participate in the Campaign.
  12. All intellectual property regarding texts, images, layout, software or other information regarding a Promotion belong to The Old Man.
  13. The Promotion and the Promotion Conditions are governed by Dutch law. All disputes in connection therewith will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
