La Costa 30” is a surf inspired fishtail cruiser. Mid-sized with generous foot space all over the board. Made to comfortably cover longer distances. The specs give you a great feeling when surfing, allowing you to pump and carve with ease. A design inspired by retro surfboards and the colors of La Costa , CA.
The La Costa has a generous kicktail and a steep nose, a soft concave – enough to keep your feet on the board. The shape design is inspired by the Twin Fin surfboards from the 70s. Mounted with new patented Legasee 149mm truck, which has a larger turning radius than standard skate trucks, allowing you to pump and carve like you are riding our surfskate system, while still being able to push easily. Also equipped with Lurra wheels 60×40 82a, fast and soft enough for a soft riding feel.
All Yow decks are made from 7-ply hardrock maple – responsibly sourced from areas under a forest protection law in the Great Lakes, with the goal of saving, preserving and regenerating nature’s biodiversity – pressed with a water-based glue. All trucks are cast in the Basque Country and are REACH compliant, ensuring the protection of human health and the environment. Wheels are made in-house using a Super High Rebound formula with top-quality urethane.
