• Upper material: Made of leather and 100% recycled PET textiles. Vans supports responsible leather production through the Leather Working Group
• Midsole: The new midsole is made of at least 50% bio-based EVA foam, some of which comes from plant sources according to the ASTM D6866-16 test standard
• Outsole: All rubber used to make this outsole (60% of the compound) is regeneratively grown natural rubber that comes from farms that use agricultural practices intended to promote biodiversity, enhance water cycle, improve soil health, and/or sequester carbon. This natural rubber compound is developed and designed to maintain the traction and durability that Vans is known for (since 1966)
