Overconsumption has led to the exploitation of natural resources reaching or approaching a peak. In order to change the game by moving away from selling backpacks made from precious virgin raw materials, our designers have reimagined Doughnut ’s classic bags with a full adoption of recycled bags. Several details of their products are going green, including the lining, fabric and leather trims. They have incorporated REPREVE®️ Polyester, a sustainable textile made from recycled plastic bottles. The bottles are chopped, melted, extruded and then spun into polyester yarn. Likewise, the leather is composed of shredded leather. Doughnut’s vision is to create products with a minimum of resources and to achieve a waste-free production in the future. From now on, stylish Reborn bags not only carry your belongings, but also unique stories about the recycled materials. The explorer Christopher Columbus inspired the invention of the Christopher backpack. The streamlined backpack has a large capacity but never looks bulky, designed for urban travelers to discover the limitless world.
