Chocolatine is named after a localized Southwest French breakfast croissant and specifically a reference to the world class surf spot "La Piste". Initially designed as a barrel drop and line hold model, we quickly realized the board was a bit more of an all-rounder than just that and it quickly became a best seller for a number of years. It is an evolution of "The Pie" with a tucked in tail to handle hollower waves. The Chocolatine is a world traveler. An ultimate all-rounder for the general surfing public.
